　　枫叶初中英语由中、加教师联合授课;开设上海牛津英语及枫叶英语教材。枫叶英语教材注重阅读和写作，单词量为4500—5000个。英语科学课1500—2000个单词，而公立学校的三年单词量总计为1700—2000单词。

　　Students in Maple Leaf are taught by both Chinese and Canadian teachers. We adopt Oxford English and Maple Leaf English as our textbooks. Maple Leaf English emphasizes reading and writing with 4500-5000 vocabularies 1500-2000 vocabularies for English Science. Yet the amount of vocabularies for public school students is 1700-2000 for the entire 3 years.
